Wood coatings

SUPER LOTUS, SATURN, VEGA & CASTOR

SUPER LOTUS

One component water based varnish for wood surfaces (exterior & interior).

The varnish is a transparent, hard, protective finish or film primarily used in wood finishing. SUPER LOTUS is glossy but it is possible to produce semi- matt or matt.

One of the magnificent advantages of SUPER LOTUS is to be formulated not only for exterior but also interior surfaces.

The other advantages are rapid drying and on time curing. The minimum time for delaying between the applications SUPER LOTUS on layer should not be less than 30 minutes.

The high water and damp resistant is the other advantage of SUPER LOTUS that is very important in wood industries. The mainly problem in wood industries is to control the humidity.

The condition of the wood surface is an important factor affecting coating application success.

SATURN

One component, water based polyurethane coating. SATURN is a very smooth and flexible layer for wood surfaces.

As a protective layer for wood surfaces has significant savings from no loss of product through evaporation, no costs of solvent to be added and reduced costs in the cleaning of equipment.

The performance properties of SATURN in exterior wood coatings as well as interior are which provide excellent exterior weathering properties, high flexibility, and improved adhesion to difficult substrates.

In this field of product, we have used smart raw material based on nano-technology.

SATURN is produced in the wide range of color (RAL-K7) and different type of gloss (matt, semi matt and glossy).

VEGA

VEGA is a one component water based coating for wood surfaces (exterior & interior).

The coating is a flexible, protective and high performance. VEGA is not only glossy but it is possible to produce semi- matt or matt.

One of the main advantages of VEGA is that when it cured to be hard and also hard during the time.

CASTOR

CASTOR is one component, water-borne polyurethane.

CASTOR is layer of paint prepared nearly as thin and transparent as watercolor, consisting of water, binder, and pigment. It is applied with a rhythmical movement using large brushes. The final color is achieved using varied colors applied in several layers, over a white surface.
